Bonobo isn't great but he isn't similar to BoC, especially not on this album. Just cause they're both downtempo, this isn't at all IDM.

Both a fair bit better than the latest album. Neither particularly coherent or innovative

while I agree, I don't think it has to be innovative. Don't get me wrong there has to be some innovation to get a 9+/10, but I think bonobo does the sound well and keeps it interesting enough to not being annoying like most electronic music that keeps me from getting into the genre.

Cirrus is one of his best tracks but the rest of that album is just not very memorable to me
