Your order of the albums?
2->1->3
1 > 3 > 2
even then 1 is very very mediocre
>>73463909
this but instead of mediocre i'd say breddy good
>>73463909
But Banana Clipper and 36'' Chain though
2 > 3 > 1
>>73463972
Those and I'll add sea legs.
>>73463894
3>2 (other way around depending on the day) >1
>>73463909
edgy
>>73464182
nothing on the best rtj songs can't be found with less watering down in the formula on solo el-p or mike
I dont make the rules buddy
2>3>1
They're all good though
1>3>2
1 and 3 have a nice dystopian production which 2 lacks.
>>73463894
3>2>1
1>>3>>>>>>>>>>>>2
Seriously why is RTJ2 so acclaimed?
>>73464263
this
>>73463894
1->2->3
3 > 1 > 2
3 has so much replay value
1 is most consistent, but not much in terms of really stand out moments
3 has the best tracks, but is the least consistent
2 lies in between their extremes
2-3-1
3>2>1
I'm still playing tracks off 3 Today, Killer Mike's verses are insane on 3, i've got so many lines of his remembered from 3 compared to the others.
2 is best but it's angsty preteen core
4 is the patricians choice
>>73467061
this
1 is the strongest, most consistent, has banana clipper, 36" chain et al
2 is good but kinda drops off with crown, angel duster etc.
3 is ok, few good tracks but lacks 1's consistency and single power
tbqh banana clipper is in my top 150 songs of all time

I tend to just end the album early and skip the last two, which may be the reason why I have such a fond view of 2. They still arent as weak as, say, Stay Gold.
man honestly am i the only person that cannot get behind run the jewels. saw them at primavera sound a couple weeks back, honestly picture fat middle aged el p wearing sunglasses at night miming "running backwards through a field of dicks", i cant stop cringing. and i cant stop cringing at you if you sincerely like run the jewels
>>73468892
This.
It's great how the production changes from album to album, but 3 feels like the most refined of their work.
2 + 1 = 3
this is the right answer.
