They are doing a festival together.

I think they could, but it would be a lot of work, and especially Manson is going to have to step it up. Trent doesn't want to revile in his past for obvious reasons.

If Manson isn't sober, then it might be time for Reznor to be Manson's Bowie. Showing him there is a better way to live, but not be judgmental about it. I don't know if that would be possible. They both burned their bridges to each other. But it would be nice.

If you listen to the instrumental version of "The Big Come Down" in The Fragile: Deviations 1, Trent has altered part of the song slightly so that in the final segment of the song where the breakdown happens, there's now a crowd clapping with (possibly) faint pig noises mixed in the cheering.

The Downward Spiral alone beats everything Marilyn Manson has ever done.

Don't even get me started on The Fragile, that kind of master piece is something Marilyn would never be capable of.

Antichrist Superstar is a good album, but it's no master-piece in any sense. It isn't as cohesive as the Downward Spiral, it isn't as varied and its concept isn't handled masterfully as TDS's is.

The impact of the music is also lowered. Antichrist Superstar has its soft and harhs moments, but most of the time it harhs without much variation, saved for "A Minute To Decay" and "The Man Who You Fear",

meanwhile The Downward goes through millions of emotions, even in the tracks themselves the music can suddenly speed up, get soft or jump out at you loudly.

Antichrist Superstar's a good album, but it feels dated with its message, meanwhile The Downward Spiral, and every other album of NIN stays relavant and always will, the tale of a man going down the spiral, losing his indentity and humanity along the way as he attempts to gain full control of his life is something that will never lost its relavancy.
