She spread herself to thin. Since she did all her other stuff solo she thought she could do it again here but she bit off a lot more than she could chew. She didn't give herself enough time to get a handle on instruments that aren't synths or samplers to make a consistently good record while doing everything on it.
The only tracks that stand out are the two singles (that still suffer from the above problems but the songwiting feels more complete) and Realiti which was from an earlier set of recordings and sticks to instrumentation she's comfortable with.
