I think it's their best album of the synth-pop period. I find difficult to compare it to the albums before low-life.
Like in a weird way I think Power Corruption & Lies is the last album in which Joy Division/New Order feels really timeless.
That being said I listen Brotherhood/Technique a lot more frequently.
