Why is Serum so hyped up? I already have massive, synthmaster one, synthmaster 2, fm8, reaktor, and razor. I got some money burning a hole in my pocket, convince me to get it, otherwise I'm just gonna be like Porter (full weeb) and get a vocaloid like Hatsune Miku V4.

All you need.

idk it feels natural to use it and you can modify the waveform in many ways unlike many synths
you can do most of the things serum does in massive, i don't know much about about synthmaster
Oi synthmaster any good ? Only thinking of getting it cos it's cheaper than Omnisphere.

Well it's a versatile synth for sure, but not as good as omnisphere. If you have the money for omnisphere, I'd get it because it's invaluable, there's nothing truly like it. If you don't have the money for omnisphere, then synthmaster 2 is pretty good. It's pretty advanced though, so a lot of people recommend getting some of the preset packs.
I don't recommend getting synthmaster one if you want a versatile synth. It's basically sylenth with some wavetable synthesis. You can import your own wavetables but you can't edit them, so it's not like serum in that aspect. I don't know how good it can be at the highest level since hardly anyone is using it, but it's a simple synth so I like it. Plus it has sounds from iconic synths from the Juno, some moogs, and more.
If you need convincing and can't even be bothered to look it up yourself, then save your money.

I love vocaloid, you should go for it.
