Do you have congestion OP? I have severe allergies and when my sinuses get congested I get a ringing in my ears. If that's your problem it's easy to fix. If not I think there's actually some forms of treatment for tinnitus. Jet pilots use a combination of magnesium and vitamins to repair hearing loss, might be worth looking into.
