They both have their prose and cons.

Avey has a lot of power behind his voice and his vocalization is a lot more varied and interesting, but is not very precise when it comes to pitch.

Meanwhile Panda Bear is basocally the opposite, having a softer singing voice with consistent pitch, yet opts for more conventional vocal lines.

I know you're being facetious but I'd say Panda. Avey tends to be more metaphorical with his lyrics, especially early in the bands career, where as Panda writes more with idioms and common speech. And he occassionally breaks the forth wall..
