Agreed. This album has tons of kickass riffs and it grooves. The opener is amazing. I was like what the fuck is wrong with my headphones, it's all treble, then the heavy bass kicks in.

The only problem with this album is that it doesn't close with Sir Psycho Sexy. If it did, it would be a 10 no doubt.

RHCP are terrible, even as a pleb teenager I knew this album was garbage

this is probably the best chili peppers album. the perfect blend of their early career and the more frusciante driven pop appeal stuff.
