This. TPAB and GKMC are both 10/10 IMO, which is actually amazing because sonically they're very different. Section 80 and DAMN aren't that bad either, I'd say they're both still good albums even if they don't touch his best albums.

You can say he's overhyped, hell I think Shakespeare is overhyped. However, it takes very little objective analysis to see that he is the only rapper from this era that could possibly make a top 10 GOAT list.

He's a good rapper, one of the few who actually takes his craft seriously.

The reason he's being praised so hard is because hip hop has been dying for a while now, every other rapper is garbage so he looks a lot better in comparison.
