Tical and Return to the 36 Chambers are both mad underrated, iron man always seemed like the album where they really lost their way, some of the beats are among RZA's best, but the production is too clean, about half the tracks are not too exciting, and there's a lot of crossover stuff on it compared to their other albums. That being said, Motherless Child is top 10 ghostface for me.

Having a large vocabulary and complex rhymes isn't an excuse for being a terrible rapper with less personality than Ma$e, 21 Savage, and Big Sean combined. In fact, the only thing that makes Liquid Memes worth listening is RZA's production, which is at his finest. Fuck, the best song (B.I.B.L.E.) doesn't even have GZA on it.
