Great lyricist, wonderful stage presence. Always found it odd that he basically departed from Genesis for being too weird but then got a lot tamer with his solo stuff. Still great, though.

Great in Genesis, great in solo, and particularly great as producer for world music artists. Passion is my favorite album by him.
