I'm doing a playlist of music with progressive rhythm to run.
>What do you listen to run?

Recently, Belle and Sebastian, Add N to (X), Ring Cicada, A Certain Ratio and Avril Lavigne. I don't necessarily look for progressive rhythms, because while I do like to focus on the music I'm also focusing on my legs/breathing/temperature and I don't want to get carried away by a song and push too hard.

yea i like it
radiohead - in rainbows
>the drum beats that work at any pace
>the crunching bass as your feet it the pavement
feels good
the only correct answer is to listen to dj mixes at the bpm that you run at so 75-90 or 150-180
once you do this for a while it feels fucking stupid to run listening to anything out of sync with your pace
