So, Thom Yorke jumped in a pool and electrocuted himself after excessively drinking before a 1993 MTV Beach House performance of "Anyone Can Play Guitar". After the show, Parlophone had the audience members sign documents making sure the death never got out as the band silently replaced Yorke with a body double, effectively covering everything up.
