Ive grown out of cage the elephant now I loved them when they first started out then they wrote shitty pop rock and it ruined the band. Same with Arctic monkeys and the black keys
And Royal blood is good if you look at it as a pop rock band that will introduce people to rock
I'd rather have rock thats kinda pop in the mainstream for the stuff that passes for music now

I enjoy Jo Stafford,Doris Day and Blossom Dearie.

I don't think the 1975 have a good grasp on how to put an album together, but they put out some really great individual tracks. Most of their singles have been some of my favorite pop songs of this decade. Like a Hall and Oates, Huey Lewis level of genius pop hooks.
