Hey folks, I ordered the vinyl for this album from Amazon recently and it came with two copies of the C/D record, and no A/B. I already emailed them about it and they're mailing me a replacement for it, but is this kind of misprint or manufacturing error common among twin-LP releases? Should I have contacted the manufacturer first?

Nah, I'd say it's pretty rare for something like that to happen.
I got Innerspeaker on vinyl and mine's just fine too
