Of the artists/bands we all love to rag on incessantly, Phil is passable. I enjoy several of his hits (e.g. Dance into the Light, You Can't Hurry Love), and his voice is actually almost pleasing at times. He did not deserve the level of success he got, but I would not erase his music from the world given the option like I would with some.
