I'm real amped to see this guy tomorrow. Seeing Tupelo played live is on my bucket list
Any shows that you /mu/tants are looking forward to in the coming days/weeks?
Seeing The Dillinger Escape Plan perform for the last time in October. Should be fun

Saw him live since like 7 Years. His skills seem nearly gone, bad times. I miss his early days.

I mean his kid died. I wouldn't hold it against him if a song about a birth wasn't on the top of his list
No one should have to bury their child
He looks tormented, I know doves do not sing in caves but he truly takes you to places, don't know where but places.

Mary Halvorson is going to be a standout this Summer, I think. Been meaning to see her quintet (now her octet) for a while. Ches Smith is one drums as well which is exciting. I don't know how many people are interested in contemporary free jazz, but if so I would highly recommend checking them out. Bill Frisell might also be a nice show to go to because the tickets are so cheap. Was really looking forward to seeing the Arkestra play in Brooklyn today, but I have other engagements I have to attend to.
Would have bought tickets to see him but they were just out of my usual price range as seated tickets usually are. Will be sure to see Swans later this year though, so it will all balance out.

To clarify, by 'him' I meant Cave and his band.
