I don't think Bjork is a stong album artist as she is a single releaser. I think it's just Joga that's putting Homogenic on top. That song will go down as one of the greatest pieces ever written. Post as an album is just on another level though. Debut has the same case. Homoegenic grows old and slow fast. Joga is such a strong track that it makes the rest of the album feel strong. Songs like Alarm Call are definitely okay though.

I will never understand why this entire board dickrides Vespertine
I've listened to it more than any other Bjork album trying to wrap my head around it and I don't get the hype. Biophilia has better songwriting and atmosphere, Vulnicura has more emotion, Medulla is way more interesting and experimental and Post and Homogenic are way more energetic. There are some really cool songs (Aurora, Heirloom, Undo are my favorites) and a lot of cool production but that's like the best thing I can say about it

Everyone loves Tri Repetae but I definitely think Draft 7.30 is their best, it might not be as atmospheric or emotional as their other stuff but it has their best production and beats by far. Which is exactly why I don't like Vespertine, but I dunno.

Eldorado is my favorite. Its the perfect length, executes its concept really well and is filled with infectious melodies. I do love time but id put it third after pic related. Sure it has filler towards the fourth side but everything before that is amazing pop that always cheers me up.
