Why hasn't Maron gotten Kozelek on yet? That just seems like an obvious get. They even get nostalgic over the small parts they had in the same movie

Hopefully this turns out well.

Maron can be fucking unlistenable when it comes to interviewing people outside of comedy. He's a comedian so he gets comedians. I'm not sure why he talks to directors like he's a director or musicians like he's a musician because it's embarrassing. The Kim Gordon interview is painful at times.

yeah his best episodes are definitely with comedians. i've heard some good ones with authors and actors too but musicians and directors are usually weaker
