it's a good album but you're honestly delusional if you think it's better than pet sounds.

While I love Pet Sounds I do think certain albums had songs with higher peaks than it. Its just few albums were half as consistent as Pet Sounds.
Overall though I'd put Today, Wild Honey and possibly Surfs Up up there with the best. Just a shame Surfs Up didn't have a bit more tweaking to make it better than what we got

Honestly this album was inconsistent, and Tears in the Morning isn't that good but All I Wanna Do is so good that it by itself beats Pet Sounds and every other album except Smile

All I Wanna Do and Forever are two of the best songs the Beach Boys ever did. I find the rest of the songs range from awful (Tears in the Morning) to just very good (Got To Know the Woman)

pet sounds is better

sunflower isn't as good as surfs up

student demonstration time was a good pick for surfs up and helped with the flow

smiley smile is somehow overrated on /mu/

Wild Honey and Smile are the only ones that really hold a candle to Pet Sounds. Summer Days, Today, and Surf's Up are all pretty good but inconsistent.
