every normie and their sister tells me it's their favorite band. that's personal experience, but the numbers back this up.
I think a band in a similar sphere, fleet foxes, had a chance too with their amazing songwriting, but looks like they went more oblique/experimental with this new one (haven't heard it yet), so I guess they know where they want to be, or don't want to be rather.
