Honesty and rawness of Dylan, jagged Captain Beefheart style guitars, free jazz saxophone parts, dub bass rhythms, funk guitar riffs and it's even danceable on top of that. What's not to love? Nick Cave loves them too:

I love PiL, This Heat, all that stuff, but for some reason this one doesn't do a whole lot for me outside of a few tracks.

All of that sounds great in theory but whenever I actually listen to the album it's just underwhelming. Definitely not bad but just not very memorable.
