I listened to part of the Expressway Yo-Yo Dieting album and was intrigued. The TMT review compelled me to give it a real chance because I thought the part about Borges' aesthetic dichotomy was a brilliant lens through which to enjoy the album.

As for the abstraction tapes, it didn't appeal to me much at first glance besides the OPN and Tribe Called Quest samples, but I gave it a chance and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the project.
