Which program should I get to produce good music? No garageband or something please
Ableton is the only answer!

There are lots of answers, depending on your workflow
FL is babbers first DAW, Ableton, Logic are both solid, ProTools is probably too much unless you want to go pro
there are many others out there too

It's a vague question. You're essentially asking us tips on making music. It's really dependent on what you're trying to achieve
A general answer would be to download drum samples and learn how to use a synth.
You don't need a 3rd party synth but most people like the features that come with them. NI's Massive is babby's first wub maker. Xfer Serum is the new popular wubmaker on the block and it eats relatively more resources than other synths on the market. Theres a lot of VSTs(which are 3rd party plug-ins for your program) that you can try out.
If you can play piano you're golden if you grab a midi keyboard. Just hit record, shit out a melody, some chords, or a bassline, apply some quantization if your timing is off, and repeat until you have a song.

just do it everyday for few years and you get better. nothing comes free.
