I still listen to them from time to time. Had Believe when it came out and saw Disturbed at Ozzfest '03, have fond memories of being a kid and getting into different bands while listening to Disturbed. Lost interest in them once they started the 10,000 Fists shit.

I found them embarrassing even back when I was in middle school. I would make fun of people who wore their shirts with that gay cartoon looking mascot of theirs. Fucking horrible music and you should feel bad for liking them.

I feel embarrassed to have liked them when I was younger. The only album that's even a little bit acceptable now is The Sickness, it's still a pretty decent album. But the rest are painful to listen to now.

When they're good, they're pretty good.

I met a guy in a psych ward who was really into Disturbed. He said he was huge into metal. He was suicidal so I didn't want to shit on his taste from fear he might cut his wrists in the shower.
