Only her big singles are kinda accessible, the rest is quite hard to get into. I'm not even talking about her weird voice.

Her appeal is split into 3 parts: her experimental pop music which is tremendously enjoyable, her quirky look which makes her even more interesting and her personality/persona which makes her relatable and likeable. All these 3 things are part of her appeal. It's a 3x combo punch.
