Why has nobody bothered to respond to >>73162258 ?
This is a legitimate question.
The U.S. and U.K. versions of Rubber Soul have different track listings therefore a different "Vibe" or atmosphere if you will.
The U.K. version was designed to keep with the times of "Swinging London" of the mid 1960s while the U.S. version has a more "Dylanesque" feel to it.
Both versions are great in my opinion but I prefer the U.S. version. (Probably because I'm a yank and grew up with it. If I want to hear If I Needed Someone, Nowhere Man, or Drive My Car I can easily put on Yesterday and Today)

Okay so I'm only familiar with the UK version. What are the differences, specifically? I guess I can just look it up.
>>73162837
honestly, I just go with the UK version because that's the intended tracklisting (I assume, at least)

I Just Seen a Face is the first song on the U.S. version and It's Only Love opens up side two.
The U.S. version does not include Nowhere Man, What Goes On, Drive My Car, or If I Needed Someone. Those would be later released on Yesterday and Today in the U.S.
Like I said the U.S. version has more of a "Dylanesque" feel to it than the British one.

I like the expirmental stuff. It also has more varied perspectives from the 4.

That sounds better, honestly. Those are my least-favorite tracks.
