REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I'M HUNGRY
I NEED SOMETHING TO EAT
WELL EXCUSE ME UM UM
One of the worst tracks on the album.
>>73125681
Literally my favorite track fuck you
>>73125704
I actually agree.
>>73125373
I recognize this album cover, what's the artist's name?
>>73125731
Sly and the Family Stone
>>73125704
>>73125714
You know what, maybe I was a little harsh. It's definitely good and really fun but doesn't stack up to Kaleidoscopic Lovers, Saturday Night Inside Out, Harmony, Live a Lifetime of Love, Stepkids, etc
>>73125743
I like you
>>73125753
>somebody else likes SNIO
>>73125766
It's fantano man, he's gettin to these fools.
Anyone like this better overall than SILY? I like SILY but it was really constant in mood. Wildflower has a lot of drastic mood changes but it still sounds mostly cohesive. it's like the soundtrack for minor comfy things in life like waking up early on Saturday morning eating breakfast cereal (The Noisy Eater). An evening drive in the city (If I Was Folkstar), or a fantasy world where people accept each other's differences and just want to have a good time (Live a Lifetime Love)

Did he not like that track? I genuinely never watched that review and it wouldn't fucking surprise me and that would totally explain why there was so much hate for it. Such a cozy ass finale.
>>73125743
I'm new here am I missing something?
All I want is the name :(
>>73125852
The Avalanches - Wildflower
hint: next time if you want a name of an album, reverse image search the album
>>73125852
>>73125873
Oh thanks I forgot I could do that
>>73125848
Yeah, he called it a really unsatisfying closer.
>>73125965
its literally a fucking perfect closer tho
going home is the worst track desu
>>73125996
the worst track is wildflower
>>73125965
>>73125996
He fucking would. It was such a satisfying closer, wrapped everything up in a neat little package at the end maintaining the vibe. At least now it makes sense to me why so many people last year were calling it shit.
god damn i love this album so much
i really hope it goes down as a classic like SILY did
>>73125845
The album inhabits the same world and feeling, but each track feels more important to the overall album. There are a lot of songs on SILY had they disappeared I truly wouldn't care. Wildflower doesn't have any songs like that and everything really builds up to its identity.
This thread makes me so incredibly happy. This album hit such a special place to me when it came out, this blast of nostalgia and childhood wonder. Every time I relisten to it, I get that feeling all over again without fail. It's such a beautiful record.
>>73126185
Same desu. Because of that electroswing meme a couple guys forced, I feel the steam behind this album died a little.
It's so good though. If I Was a Folkstar was my SOTY and I'm yet to find another song this year that tops it.
LETS WAKE UP SIDE BY SIIIIDE
>>73126362
I WON'T BELEIVEEEEEE
(OH AH AH AHHHHHHHHH)
>>73125845
I think I probably even think it's better
The weird thing is I don't even think this album having tracks just because it feels so connected with all the passages and songs going into each other. I noticed when I was listening Wildflower on vinyl and zoning out, I didn't even notice when a new track begun. But yeah, it's a really good album
FOR THOSE OF Y'ALL WHO DIDN'T FAIL IN SCHOOL

Going Home is my favorite track. Also,

Has anyone edited the feat.s out of this? I love this album but can't fucking stand the feat.s.
Except for DOOM.
He's alright.

>not liking Toro y Moi

>not liking Camp Lo

What are you doing
I love the album the only track I hate is Stepkids and always skip it
>>73127996
I just like when The Avalanches are only using found audio or doing their own vocals.
The feat.s seemed so unnecessary to me.
>>73127817
I need to get that someday. When I first got into them I was getting my music by typing bands into Limewire, and I stumbled upon Run DNA, fell in love with it. A few years ago I found this and like it even more than the studio recording.
