I would have Kanye as second. He certainly has surpassed Dre as a musician (many have) but as a businessman (Beats headphones etc) and as a label head Dre is in a class of his own. We're talking about a man who was responsible for/involved with NWA, Tupac and the whole Death Row/Bad Boy era, Eminem, the whole G-Unit era and Kendrick Lamar.
