3. Swans - Soundtracks for the Blind (got a headache the first 3 times I listened and couldn't even make it all the way through)
4. I don't even remember but it was like two people facing each other and was really noise based and no matter how hard i tried i just couldn't get into it
im very convinced it was just some literally who anon who uploaded his bandcamp to youtube and memed me into believing it was some obscure noise artist

My dad introduced my to king crimson when i was like 8 and I immediately loved it, he's a huge prog guy.
I have every king crimson album on any media i can play, most of which were given to me by him
does suck it's not on spotify though, just for convenience
>>73088858
that's cool anon. my dad was the same with pink floyd, yes, alan parsons, and the eagles. I can't listen to wish you were here without thinking about him. when i was like 13 i copied all my parents cds to my computer and manually typed in every song name and the artist/album name in windows media player. I still remember listening to dark side of the moon for the first time, as well as nevermind and our best of the doobie brothers cd lol. good times
1. Instantly fell in love with the catchy instrumentals and Jeff Tweedy's vocals.
2. I had to really immerse myself in AnCo's discography for this one to click. It's currently my favourite album.
3. This one took me a while, but it was while I was on a train when I was properly focusing on "A Life Of Possibilities" and the lyrics really spoke to me - I could really enjoy the rest of the album once that one song clicked for me.
4. I've tried, I really have. But I just can't get into The Glow. The instrumentals just seem so drab and uninteresting, and it isn't backed up well by the plain vocals.

I wish I could understand Loveless like so many other people can
>>73089964

>>73088794
There's nothing to get. SFTB is literally just a sub-par dark ambient recording. Don't even trip, man.
>>73089992
When You Sleep is what made the album click for me.
Whenever I listen to it, I picture the summers of my childhood and it just makes me feel happy. :)
