Fenriz seems like a great guy. Him and Nocturno Oculto just made great fucking music without buying into the whole dark and brooding persona and instead maintained a friendly humorous and lighthearted personality. Coincidentally Darkthrone is my favorite Norwegian second-wave band for sure.
