Beck is boring. age? Scientology? Yes or no? Agree? Disagree?
wtf is this thread
Is it just me or has there been a lot of threads lately phrased in the form of a viral marketer asking survey questions.
Beck made some good music, he has gotten boring, that album he won the grammy for was really fucking bland, and as much as i also dislike beyonce she probably should have won and there was some political shit going on there.
Also Scientology is a joke

Shh. Just pretend you don't notice.
Most of Beck's albums are winners. Even if you disliked his most recent albums I don't think boring is a word you could use to describe Beck's work as a whole.

or people are just trying to discuss musicians on a mongolian music forum you fucking autist

>political shit going on there
care to elaborate?

Beck's about 40 i think
not a scientologist but dont really give a fuck that he is
definitely not boring - such a diverse discography, most of it completely unique
Morning Phase wasnt the best but if youre looking for prime beck try Odelay, Mellow Gold, Guero, Midnite Vultures, One Foot in the Grave, Mutations or Sea Change
Sea Change and the cover on Eternal Sunshine soundtrack are gr8

atheist
No he's one of my favorite artists. He's on a downslope right now though and the Wow single has me worried that he's continuing to get worse
>>73070637
Guero, Mellow Gold, Midnite Ventures, and Odelay are fucking insane have been low-key influential.
The Grammy he won for that shit album is probably just them trying to make up for his other albums.

Oh and if it matters, 22.
Beck's the only person who I found out was a scientologist and thought, "Yeah, that makes sense for him"
>>73072084
yeah pretty much
He also grew up with it, he isn't the stereotypical rich celebrity who decides to become a scientologist at the age of like 45
morning phase was meh for me, even though I wasn't a fan I'm just glad he beat meyonce at the grammies
wow is the first legitimately terrible thing he's released like ever

I liked Wow, it was just a fun dance-pop song, although I do hope his next album isn't like that
