I saw this guy mention he coined the term "grindgaze" at one point to describe his music. He doesn't actively refer to it as that, but plenty of it fits. He especially tends to drench his vocals in reverb and delay. His style's highly variable within a general aesthetic so if you don't like this track check out some of his other stuff. Autonomous Realities and Glass Kingdoms are both favorites of mine, and they're both really melodic and electronic.
