IMO this soundtrack (and accompanying movie) is easily my favorite of all time, it perfectly captures the feeling of paranoia in a john carpenter-like way.
instead of being just some noise in the background, this score is a work of art on itself

Both of Kubrick's films 2001 and The Shining have god-tier soundtracks. It's a shame that due to rights issues, the latter is nigh-impossible to bring together in a proper physical release again.

The "up-tempo" music from the middle of the Giygas battle is right up there. I had it on repeat as I was getting my capstone project ready, a necessity to complete undergrad.
