>getting into music through "albums"
Pleb. The first musical experience I had which opened the doors of my perception was the Beethoven's 9th symphony
this, along with filth.

Filosofem was the second album that put me further into black metal. I never realized how much I would enjoy the music but it really is amazing. Storm of the Light's Bane is a little more "produced" but it really is amazing music that creates an in-explainable atmosphere. Gonna go listen to some Burzum now for the night, thanks OP

i remember being like 13 and hearing animal collective - mpp when it first came out that turned me on to music forever
I mean it was everyone's first but still going from a huge shitty EDM phase it definitely was a step up
First album that got me into music was Yellowcard's Ocean Avenue.

Same here, together with Kid A
I was really into rhcp and finding frusciante's solo stuff changed everything for me back then.
