What albums are essential Stones?
Let It Bleed
that's it
Out of Our Heads
that's it

British version or American?
Same questiom goes for all their old albums
for me it is Their Satanic Majesties Request
it's Keith's least favourite and and he said they were semi-concious recording it but it's
an eccentric masterpiece. Certainly it stands out in their total catalogue.

American version. for every album that applies.
then it's Beggars Banquet as arguably the perfect album they released. After this you're arguing over a hill of beans.
let it bleed?
sticky fingers?
exile on mainstreet? (which I never dug but is very influential for some reason)
more interestingly is anything after Voodoo Lounge any cop?
>>72999681
>sticky fingers?
It's a bit turgid , let it bleed is better and TSMR
>no mention of Between the Buttons
Plebs everywhere
>>73000695
is that one of the albums where they aren't even as good as early Beatles?
Beggers Banquet is the best, let it bleed sucks
>>73000720
No it's their best album. Have you even listened to it?
>>72999532
The stone roses

The Mick Taylor era.
What came before is generic blues music full of covers and occasional pop. Good thing Brian Jones died just in time for a change.
Aftermath, beggars, let it bleed, exile is good too
Most of the others around that time are good yes but it's a lot of dadrock my dad would rock out to
>>73000809
yeah, but I'd be listening to Safe as Milk or Joy of a Toy instead. Is pic related actually their finest before TSMR? for I was that soldier.
>>72999661
As opposed to not concious at all?
>>73001107
he's snoring on it, is it the one before he died? sad
>>72999532
