This is now the designated neofolk thread. Most tracks and albums above are more apocalyptic folk than dark folk, which is what you are probably looking for. It's the kind of neofolk that is more versatile and traditionally norse in the guitar department and is made by scandinavian black metal musicians. Try Nebelung and Forseti though, German neofolk is very similar to scandinavian dark folk.
