Band on the Run. Love almost every other McCartney album, easily the most consistently good Beatle, but I can't stand that one.

Talking Heads is by far my favorite band ever, but I could see why someone wouldn't like them.

Also, that's absolutely one of the most important albums ever made and the first half is insanely good, but I can't get into the second half. The outtakes are fucking insane, though; they are otherworldly.

From a musical/enjoyment standpoint, I like 77 and More Songs more. However, CBS Demos is probably my favorite by far.

I really like his slow atmospheric tracks like alberto balsam but I can't stand his fast drum electronic songs

i wouldn't say it's contrarian to dislike this album because i used to love it in middle school but since finding more interesting and original artists doing the same thing before it made me realize weezer is nothing special. music for the masses of people that want to think they have good taste

Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

I love Talking Heads in general, but I never understood why Remain In Light was so revered over their other albums. I think it's probably something about how groundbreaking it sounded when it first came out, which is before my time.

I really think More Songs About Buildings and Food is their best, and Fear of Music also beats RIL
