Yeah they had a bit of a weak year, a lot of band members changing. I loved seeing Simon and Ian back in the day, but I saw their first performance of "smack the brick" though, while it was still fresh and that was really great. But I bet their act touring this album is gonna be back on that tried and true Gtoss standard

desu it's the exact opposite of random when you see it performed live, I know personally that they rehearse each album basically captain beefheart style with 6 hour long rehearsing and writing sessions for months on end. It is a very difficult band to be in

honestly so far it's my favorite "clean" sounding guerilla toss, but I haven't spun my own copy and given it a hard listen, but we were spinning it at the record store all night the other night lol. it's def a strong release and I couldn't think of a better label to pick gtoss up than DFA
