To me, Maiden are the textbook example of a "Best of" band.

They have a ton of hits, but they also have a fuck ton of filler. Look at Number of the Beast. It has Hallowed Be Thy Name, Run to the Hills, Acacia Avenue and more. But then it has utter shit like Gangland, Invaders and Total Eclipse.

I do not begrudge anyone for only listening to their best material only.
