Not particularly bad. The only problem I have is that Radiohead is much heavier in comparison with a lot of other bands. It should be like:

1: Sufjan Stevens, ones like Carrie and Lowell
2. Neutral Milk Hotel
3. Radiohead

I think it depends what Radiohead we're talking about. You're right for most of their discog, but remember that they made Climbing up the Walls, Myxomatosis and Bodysnatchers.

The problem with this is that it's hard to define heaviness.
I could argue for Abominable Putridity, Moss, or Eleh being the heaviest music I've ever heard even they're all completely different styles of music. Heaviness can take the form of insane and unrelenting instrumentation, crushingly thick noise, or smothering atmosphere.
