probably the last good drake album because there was no half-assed pop filler

then again i'm biased; hearing Know Yourself at random social outings and singing the hook with complete strangers was a great 2015 experience

A great album. Drake's lyricism is much too subtle for the average hip-hop listener however, so most of /mu/ glosses over it in favor of the much simpler and closer to home music of Kendrick Lamar. That's fine though.

Fantastic work. People call him unoriginal but lots of people started doing the RnB/Trap thing after this but none as well as this project.

My only gripe is that Drake hasn't evolved much after this style.
