we live in a sad culture that tells young people especially that we aren't/shouldn't be responsible for our unhealthy lifestyles. no, we should just get on pills (SSRIs, SNRIs, etc.) and be complacent asswipes. fuck that. punch that notion in the face and take control of your well-being. you WILL notice a difference eventually. the first step is forcing yourself, cuz let's be honest, NOBODY is going to do it for you. be your own god.
