retarded
Considering going to see him? His opener Clark is arguably at this point a bigger draw.
He played St. Louis last night at the same time Bonobo was playing a different venue in another part of town.
Com Truise had the better venue, but I went to Bonobo, anyway. I don't necessarily regret it, but if I did it again I'd go see Com Truise with Clark at the better venue.
Venue is so important for live shows--as important as the artist, really.
I've always liked his stuff he's done under Sarin Sunday more than his com cruise stuff
very boc-y, but I could listen to boc rip off bands for decades and not get sick of it

This is actually funnily relevant to me cuz Com Truise is coming to mpls at the fine line and I fucking hate the fine line
SO IM NOT GOING, COM TRUISE. also, thought it was interesting that Clark is the opener and not the other way around?
Anyway, y'all gotta remember this dude came to prominence in the summer of 2010 during the chillwave boom/craze. He was definitely one of the better chilwavers Imo, but his work after that kinda never lived up to that original chillwave thing, that's why the only thing I really enjoy by him is pic related
I like his sound but I've been preety bored with everything he's released so far
Galactic Melt is tight, newer releases have been meh

In Decay was basically just a Boards of Canada album. Doesnt mean hes bad just means hes not original
