What does /mu/ think of Jeff Lynne/ELO?
Great songwriter, seems to get dismissed a lot as being dated these days. Made myself a truncated mix of Out of the Blue the other day, which could have been their best album if it wasn't so overlong.

I guess some songs could be seen as dated. I don't really mind them though.
Great, catchy music. Nothing too deep or to ponder about, but very fun to listen.

Love them, their non-singles work (especially on their early albums) is severely overlooked.

Jeff is a god
Early Elo, from their first album up to On the Third Day are very underrated.

When it played on Guardians of the Galaxy Volume II, I immediately recognized, and applauded it!
Saw them live last year. Fucking amazing, better than studio quality. A New World Record is one my favourites
I like em. Jeff's voice is real comfy

The Diary of Horace Wimp is one of my favourite ELO tracks, but I'm not really super familiar with their work.

I liked them better when they were known as The Move
