This album cover is cute. I want more twee punk like this and Cub.
I imagine you've heard them but several members of Heavenly used to be in a band called Talulah Gosh prior to forming Heavenly. They're really really good as well. Had a re-release on Damaged Goods recently which compiled all their singles.

I've heard them before but nothing stood out to me at the time. I'll give them a re-listen. They might be more of a grower anyway. Beatnik Boy sounds nice.

Shhh mate, you're boring

I'd definitely look into them, it took me a while to get into them but they certainly grow on you
tiger trap tiger trap tiger trap

oh boy never heard of them they must be super obscure

trixie's big red motorbike is my all time fav. very soft singing and sweet jangly bedroom twee, nothing aggressive like some heavenly songs
go sailor is great (by the same woman who fronted tiger trap, rose melberg)
dressy bessy reminds me a lot of cub + heavenly
tullycraft but it's more poppish and theres a male singer

uhhh... your a mistake lol

I'd like to second Trixie's Big Red Motorbike as well. Their session for John Peel is so joyous

I went through all of Rose's projects. I like her stuff but I like punkier twee a bit more. I'll check out your other suggestions.
