Hot Rats is one of Zappa's more accessible albums.

Although they're more commercial than most you might enjoy Apostrophe and Overnight Sensation but Hot Rats is a bit more jazzy.

apostrophe and overnight sensation are great in their own right but its kind of a different era of zappa. if OP wants more like hot rats his best bet is the grand wazoo and waka desu senpai
