If you're a signed recognisable musician then yeah, they're filling up the screens with their faces everyday I suspect. You may as well go for it.
Otherwise you usually have to use the 'amateur hour' threads (which is a bit biased) plus unlike the viral marketers you can be blocked for self promotion.
