Pretty decent. Every non-single song is legitimately good; the singles (Sign Of The Times, Sweet Creature, Ever Since New York) are a bit overwrought.
Overall, a solid 7/10 and a surprising move from this pop artist.

I agree, a strong 7. It's really consistent in my opinion, I liked pretty much every song. Nothing really completely amazed me, but it's a very enjoyable record.

I like essentially every song but I think the lyrics in Sign of the Times are pretty cringey, pretty juvenile.
Other than that, I think the album is good and I'm interested in seeing how his fanbase reacts to it
>op fell for the harry is good meme

He is, though. Or at least his label picked some good songs for him to record.
His songwriting could've used more work but I genuinely enjoyed most of the tracks. Decent 7

No one on here would be talking about this record so much had fandango never given a good review of "sign of the times". You guys are pathetic

imo light 6 for me
it's only noteworthy because it's not complete dog shit, given where he came from. The songwriting is decent, with lots of 70s influences, but i can't stand his voice. Woman is a pretty good track though
>tfw these albums actually flow incredibly well into each other

Honestly I'm only talking about it because my sister said Sign of the Times was good

"boring and generic" are rather qualitative remarks; try arguing using more quantitative terminology.
Because I don't find the album boring or generic; actually, for a pop record it is quite the opposite of "generic" in that it doesn't really appeal to any of pop's current genre characteristics
